Meet Our Director of Teacher Success, Whitney Carper!
At BOOST, we believe that teachers deserve more than just appreciation — they deserve real, tangible support. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce Whitney Carper, our Director of Teacher Success, who plays a critical role in ensuring educators have the resources they need to thrive.
Whitney leads our Care Team, a dedicated group that provides a safe and supportive space for teachers facing financial challenges. Whether a teacher is eligible or ineligible for a BOOST grant, Whitney and her team step in to connect them with local resources, ensuring that no teacher feels alone in their time of need. Her leadership helps bridge the gap between struggle and stability, making a lasting impact on the lives of teachers.
With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Whitney has spent 17+ years with National Healthcare Corporation (NHC), working to improve the well-being of others. Her passion for care extends far beyond her professional work — she is deeply involved in her community in Simpsonville, South Carolina, serving through her church, Meals on Wheels, and Mentor Upstate. Her dedication to service is at the heart of everything she does, and we’re proud to have her leading the charge in teacher success at BOOST.
Whitney’s work is a reminder that support for teachers goes beyond the classroom. It’s about standing beside them during difficult times and ensuring they have the resources they need to keep doing what they do best — shaping young minds.
We’re honored to have Whitney as part of the BOOST family, and we know her impact will continue to grow. If you’re a teacher in need of support, or if you want to help us expand our reach, don’t hesitate to reach out. Together, we can make a difference!
