Today, we’re thrilled to introduce Meredith Douglas as BOOST’s new Director of Fundraising & Communications!

Meredith brings more than a decade of experience in content marketing and brand development, making her an invaluable addition to our team. With a strong background in strategic messaging, she has spent her career crafting compelling narratives that inspire action, build community, and create lasting impact.

As the strategic voice behind BOOST, Meredith is shaping how we connect with early childhood education (ECE) center owners, teachers, donors, and the broader community to maximize our reach and impact. From website content and newsletters to social media and event communications, she ensures that every message reflects BOOST’s mission, values, and unwavering commitment to supporting educators.

Beyond messaging, Meredith plays a key role in securing funding to support BOOST’s care programs and initiatives.
