BOOST Set to Open Applications for Teacher Support

BOOST is set to open its application portal, allowing private preschool owners and directors to submit requests for assistance on behalf of their early childhood educators in need.

Greenville, S.C. – July 8, 2024 – BOOST is thrilled to announce that applications for teacher support will officially open on Monday, July 15, 2024. Private preschool owners and directors will have the opportunity to submit requests for support on behalf of their early childhood educators, ensuring that teachers receive the assistance they need in times of financial crisis so they can continue providing quality education to young learners.

Through this initiative, BOOST aims to provide essential financial and resource-based support to early childhood teachers, helping them navigate challenges and sustain their vital work in childcare and education.

How to Apply:

  1. Beginning July 15, 2024, eligible preschool owners and multi-site managers can visit the BOOST website to access the application portal and submit a request for support on behalf of a teacher in need of assistance.

  2. Complete the online application form, including details about the teacher’s needs and supporting documents that verify the requested support amount and urgency

  3. The review board will meet to discuss the application and assess the teacher’s need and if any additional information is needed.

  4. A determination is made by a diverse and impartial review board, and the teacher in need will be promptly notified of the decision.
